Acrobatic Arts is a professional curriculum for acrobatic dance. The program is designed to promote excellence in flexibility, strength, balance, limbering, tumbling, basic contortion, and partner stunting for dancers.
The Acrobatic Arts program consists of 11 levels, each containing five categories that must be mastered before the dancer is able to advanced to the next level. Proper technique and strength is critically evaluated to ensure dancers’ safety. Each level builds on each other to allow dancers to easily progress from one skill to the next advanced skill. The progression teaching style allows for a safe learning environment, ensuring that dancers only do the tricks they are properly trained and ready to do.

Advancement in these five categories will significantly improve students’ dancing technique and abilities. We use the Acrobatic Arts program to supplement our dancers’ training in order to create well-rounded and diverse dancers.
